At Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to ensure it is unused, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
