Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on Fragrance are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international postal regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
